J. MALLORY MCCREE

J. Mallory McCree — is an award-winning actor, writer, and producer. McCree serves as head of development for Rezistor Films and is the founder of Moon Child Creative, a multi-media production company based in Los Angeles. Now leading the newly helmed, BluRemedi Media, his mandate is to identify unique stories about underrepresented people and stories suitable for an international audience. A native of Detroit, MI, some of McCree’s most notable roles include Sekou Bah on Season 6 of Homeland; Charlie Price on Quantico; and Cole in Marvel’s, The Defenders. Other prominent projects include Show Me A Hero (HBO), The Last Ship; From Nowhere (SXSW 2016 Audience Award Winner), & Who Are We Now (TIFF). ANGELA LEWIS

Angela Lewis — a born and raised Detroiter and graduate of the University of Michigan, has always had a desire to integrate her passion for exploring humanity through the arts, standing in the fullness of the light and love that is her core, and carving out a legacy for herself as an actress.

Angela stars as ‘Aunt Louie’ on the FX series, SNOWFALL. In addition to acting, Angela has created the non-profit, Moon Child Collaborative, which will house its first initiative, Birth Village, a platform dedicated to educating and supporting women of color in the birth space.

CORNELIUS SMITH JR.

Cornelius Smith Jr. — is a dynamic and multitalented actor, writer, and producer. A native of Detroit, MI, he is a true trailblazer and he continues to make his imprint as
an artist in the entertainment industry. He holds a Master of Fine Arts from New York University’s Graduate Acting Program. Cornelius co-starred as Marcus Walker on the ABC hit series SCANDAL for four seasons. From 2007- 2011, he starred as Dr. Frank- ie Hubbard on the daytime drama ALL MY CHILDREN, for which he earned an Emmy Nomination and NAACP Image Award.

Other credits include Lionsgate TV/Spec- trum Originals anthology series MANHUNT: LONE WOLF and the Netflix Limited Series ‘MADAM C.J. WALKER’ opposite Octavia Spencer and Tiffany Haddish, Angela Bassett’s WHITNEY, AGENTS OF S.H.I.E.L.D, FOREVER, and MAJOR CRIMES. Smith will next be seen leading opposite Vera Farmiga in FIVE DAYS AT MEMORIAL; Apple TV’s limited series from John Ridley, Carlton Cuse, and ABC Signature.

STEPHANIE LILLY SMITH

Stephanie Lilly Smith — With nearly a decade of combined experience as
a producer and talent agent and over twenty years as a performer, she has a wide array of entertainment expertise. Stephanie has produced remarkable digital content and activations for brands such as Havaianas, Happy Family Organics, BlackRock Financial, and the 51st NAACP Image Awards. For over half a decade, Stephanie has served as the Co-Executive Producer of DIVAS Simply Singing, an annual HIV/AIDS benefit concert hosted and executive produced by Emmy Winning stage and screen legend, Sheryl Lee Ralph. In 2020 the show was broadcast live on KTLA 5 News and across multiple digital platforms raising almost $500,000 for the foundation. The show has featured major stars like Jenifer Lewis (blackish), Kerry Washington (Scandal, Little Fires Everywhere), Whoopi Goldberg (The View), Double Oscar Nominee Leslie Odom, Jr., MJ Rodriguez, and many more.

VAYU O’DONNELL

Vayu O’Donnell — is an innovator; a passionate, award-winning actor, compassionate and insightful writer, and effective producer. His mission as an artist is to create connection through catharsis and shared experience. As a graduate of Yale University and NYU Grad Acting, he has always pursued excellence. A Broadway veteran, with critically-acclaimed lead roles in independent film and numerous supporting roles in television, Vayu has used his acting background as a bridge to create community and dedicated himself to the advancement of underserved communities through volunteer work with programs such as The New York Public Theater, SAY (The Stuttering Association for the Young), and the 52nd St. Project. His writing has received numerous accolades and is currently being developed in both animated and live action. As a producer, O’Donnell joined Moonchild Creative as a partner before helping to form BluRemedi. He has been closely aligned with Paul Hanson’s Capacitor Media where he has multiple projects in development, and is part of the production team for Bill Maher’s “Club Random” podcast. Vayu has a finance background as a former Nasdaq equities trader and was the recipient of Yale’s prestigious Normal Holm’s Pearson Prize. He serves as the head of development committed to showcasing the human experience as it pertains to people of color.
